I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was extremely close to the railway station and my room faced the main street which was very quiet at night. The hotel facilities were brand new and tidy, and the onsen on the top floor was a great addition. Also, the complimentary newspaper in the morning was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the buffet style breakfast was excellent.
Nothings were negative about this hotel.

The hotel has a great location, close to some good restaurants. the best aspect of the hotel was the hot spring on the top floor and the excellent value for money offered. the buffet-style breakfast was satisfying.
There were some minor inconveniences such as unpleasant smoke odor and few washers and dryers available for laundry, which meant that we had to wait our turn to use it. Some improvement in the hotel cleaners' work was also needed.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was situated right next to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. the hotel had a nice hot spring bath which was perfect after a long day of exploring. The room was also clean and cozy, providing an ideal space to relax.
The hotel lacked dining options in the surrounding area. There were very few restaurants nearby, and those that were available closed early in the evening.
